Hours
Q: What are your hours?
A: SplashDown is CLOSED Mondays and Tuesdays.
From now through August 20, we are OPEN Wednesday – Sunday from 12:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Beginning Sunday August 21 through Monday, September 5, SplashDown will be OPEN WEEKENDS ONLY from 12:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.
Inclement Weather
Q: Will the waterpark open if it’s raining?
A: No. Please check our website and Facebook page for announcements of inclement weather and/or waterpark closures.
Pricing
Q: How much does it cost to get in?
A: Kids 2 & Under: Free
Under 48 Inches: $12.50
Over 48 Inches: $16.25
Seniors (60+): $12.00
Group Rate (20 or more) *Advance Reservation Required: $12.00
Season Passes
Q: How much are season passes?
A: $115 per individual. $65 per additional person.
Q: Where can I buy season passes?
A: Season passes are sold at the waterpark only. Currently, you cannot purchase season passes online.
Lockers
Q: Do you have lockers? How much do they cost?
A: SplashDown offers personal lockers (approximately 2’ x 2’) for $5 per day.
Height / Swimming Requirements
Q: What are the height / swimming requirements to go down the big slides or play on obstacles?
A: You must be at least 48” tall to go down the slide or complete the obstacles (crossing features). You must be 48” tall in order to reach the ropes above your head.
If you are under 48” tall, you must complete a swim test. Please visit the Lifeguard Station and ask to take a swim test. If you are under 48” tall and you complete a swim test, you can swim but you will not be able to reach the ropes above your head at the obstacles.
Exiting and Re-entering the Waterpark on the Same Day
Q: Can I leave the waterpark and return later the same day?
A: Yes. If you need to leave the waterpark for any reason, you can get a handstamp and return to the waterpark the same day. Please note, however: if the waterpark reaches maximum capacity at any time, you will need to wait until someone leaves to reenter.
Outside Food & Beverage
Q: Can I bring food and drinks with me to the waterpark?
A: Outside food and beverage is not allowed in the waterpark (bottled water is allowed). Baby food is permitted – no glass containers. If you would like to pack a lunch and leave it in the car, you can exit the waterpark to eat and get a handstamp to reenter the park.
Pavilion Rentals
Q: How can I rent a pavilion or cabana at SplashDown?
A: Please complete the Pavilion Rental Request Form here.
Q: If I rent a pavilion outside of the waterpark, do I have to pay general admission fees?
A: No. When renting a pavilion outside SplashDown, waterpark tickets are not required. Shrimp Shack, Digger’s Dune and Coral Reef are the three pavilions outside of SplashDown.
Group Tickets
Q: How many people are required in a group to purchase group tickets?
A: 20 people
Pets
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Sorry, pets are not allowed in the waterpark.
