Catering & Food Options
You can choose from a wide selection of food concessions stands at SplashDown. From our all-American hamburgers & hot dogs, to fries, chicken, salads and pizza. Of course there is ice cream, Dippin' Dots and funnel cakes, along with plenty of ice cold beverages for young and old. (No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the waterpark. Water in clear, plastic bottles, is allowed into the waterpark.) Coolers are not permitted into the waterpark.
Our professional Catering staff has delicious, full-service, catering menus should you want to plan a special event for your family or group.
Exceptions: Guests with infants may bring baby food in plastic containers. (NO glass containers allowed anywhere in the waterpark.) Guests with extreme dietary needs may bring small quantities of special food in plastic containers, with the approval of the Manager- on- Duty.
Additional picnic areas are located just outside the gates of the waterpark. Personal BBQ grills or deep fryers are not permitted inside the waterpark or Ben Lomond Park in general.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted, unless arranged through SplashDown Catering or by permit when renting an outside pavilion.
Parking is free to SplashDown Waterpark guests, including bus groups.
Secure your belongings with a $5 all-day locker rental. Lockers are 17” tall x 10” wide x 17” deep. SplashDown has multiple locker stations throughout the park. Visit Guest Services upon entering the park to reserve your locker.
A minimum of 20 tickets must be purchased to qualify for the group discount rate – weekend/holiday visits require an onsite catering or pavilion rentals to qualify. Group reservations are required and must be made at least 48 hours in advance by filling out the Group Reservation form found online. See “Food Options” for discounted group meal options inside the waterpark.
Pavilion Rules & Policies
Pavilion rentals are sun-up to sun-down. All parties must vacate Ben Lomond Park at sun down. All pavilions in Ben Lomond Park have charcoal grills available for use. No personal or portable grills are allowed.
Alcoholic Beverages - If you will have alcohol at a pavilion outside of the waterpark, you must submit a valid ABC license to SplashDown management no less than one week prior to your event. (ABC permits can take 4-6 weeks to be approved by the ABC.) Alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside the waterpark, unless arranged through SplashDown Catering.
DJs, food trucks, outside caterers or other paid vendors are not permitted unless arranged through SplashDown management.
Reserving a Pavilion
Rental spaces are available to accommodate groups 25 to 500 guests. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservation date and time is secured with full payment. You may call to make reservation or visit Guest Services near the entrance upon arrival. Pavilions rentals can also be requested by completing the Group Reservation form (enter link). See “pavilions” for more information.
Height requirement for the waterpark’s large slides is 48-inches or taller. If you are between 42-inches and 48-inches tall, you may ride with a lifejacket, or you may take a swim test. (See Head Guard to arrange.) The Cannonball slide requires strong swimmers - no lifejackets are permitted.
We have free lifejackets in various sizes available to patrons. Personal lifejackets are permitted if it is U.S. Coast Guard approved. Other floats or floatation devices are not permitted in park.
